Photos and Documentation
Since its foundation back in 2022, the English Society has committed on documenting the numerous activities
and events of the organization, and STI College Marikina. As part of this documentation, we may take photos
of people taking part on these activities and upload them on our social media and website.
Request for Photo / Name Removal
We understand that certain individuals may not like to have their photos or names uploaded online in some
shape or form. If you find a photo of yourself uploaded by us through out our social media pages and website
that you would like to be removed, you may send us a private message on our Facebook page with the following
details:

A screenshot of the photo you would like to be removed

A short explanation for your request

If possible, you can also provide a link to the said post to make it easier to locate.
Once your message is received, we will take the proper steps in removing the photo from our social media
pages and website.
How your data is stored

Responses from online forms created by the English Society are only used for its necessary purpose.
Whether the form collects your responses anonymously or not are indicated at the description of the said
form.

Photos taken during events are stored in secured folders that is only accessible by authorized people for
legitimate purposes.

organization on its social media pages and website.

Photos), article materials, and other content (such as video).
